About

Welcome! I’m Bethany Park, the writer, thinker, and recipe creator behind Bridezilla Bakes. This site is where I post my recipes, tips on getting organized, and real life reflections.

Bridezilla Bakes started as a food blog, but in 2011 it took a little turn and became more of a life blog, directed at people (ok, mainly women!) who are looking for a place to figure out how to make life more healthy, joyful, and meaningful. I for sure don’t have all the answers — I’m really just here to hear what’s on your mind, introduce new ways to think about things that we confront every day, and be a voice to identify with.

And yes… bring you really. delicious. food.

I came across this for first time today……wish you luck and fun in your new cooking adventures.
I’ve been cooking and baking for over 40 years and it is an obsession with me. Seems I read a cook book like a novel.
Bon Appetit!

I happened upon your blog when I google searched “curried lentils” and found your curried lentil burgers w/ s.p. fries! Yumm! Also, I must admit I have been neglecting my own blog for some time and feel inspired to step back in and write again! I will definitely keep posted on what you share next… Thank you!
